First time reading this author. This book is terrible. 3/4 of way through book and the killer is a 'hired gun' from Spain with no attachment to the family. Ug. It should be marketed as a book for women when they become pregnant and what to expect; and I am not joking or making fun of women.

This predates the other Ann Lindell titles that have been translated into English.

What a disappointment! I read Ericsson's first mystery and then another and now this is my last. Pure filler. You know ... when an author has very little of substance to say so goes on and on about Lindell's feelings or someone's else's observations. Weak plot. You feel as though the author was filling the pages with all this fluff so that we might not notice that. Go back to reading the Nordics who wrote good novels: Maj Swojal and Per Walhoo and of course Mankell.
