Despite the salting of language I prefer not...the story line was quite unique in getting the "lesson" out there through humor. The sight of Josh Groban was a delightful balance.

Often times just plain silly. I think it would appeal to women more than men.

This was a good movie. Pretty standard story but very well done. The father was superb. Love Josh Grobin. We rarely like American production but this was funny, feel good,sad..life rolled into film.

I really liked this movie; it's so warm, funny, and also very touching! I laughed, moistened my eyes to shed tears from time to time. Not only a very sweet family movie but also a moving, cheerful life movie. All actors and actresses are playing their roles just great! I strongly recommend this movie to all of you out there!!

Predictable. Also, funny, poignant, cheesy. But, for what it is, I kind of liked it.

This romantic/comedy-drama stars John Krasinski and Anna Kendrick. After learning that his mom has a brain tumour, John must return home to his strange and messed-up family for the first time in a while. The movie definitely has rough moments with issues maintaining a comprehensive story-line and clear character motives. Nonetheless, the movie is redeemed by its ability to show empathy and teach lessons about getting along with your family through the worst of things. I would rate this movie 3/5 stars, and would recommend it to those who can relate to the story as well as the characters.

So, I, uh, looked over your CAT scans. You have a pretty big brain tumor near your frontal lobe.
-Oh, Christ. Jesus Christ!
-Wait. What does that mean, "pretty big"?
It means "big."

I know there's a number of people here today that are wondering what we're going to do without her.

Well, they say "for better or for worse," right? I can't think of a worse time than now.

"Stop crying. ... You've got a funeral to plan. Don't forget I like orchids."

To be honest, I'm surprised there haven't been more symptoms.
-Would loss of sight in one eye be a symptom?
Possibly.
-Oh, what about, uh, numbness in the toes and fingers?
Probably.
-And temporary paralysis?
Definitely.
...
Why wouldn't you get those checked out?
-He sent me to Jenny Craig. ... But I lost six pounds the first week.
