(SPOILERS):-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
In my opinion, sadly, I thought this book was really bad. I never liked Poppy's character and couldn't couldn't connect with her at all. On the other hand Ember, I liked her more than Poppy but still thought she was stereotypical. After a few chapters, I knew why Poppy had powers and Ember didn't and basically what was to happen.
I tried to stick with the book but once they brought Leo in the whole book was just terrible and the age gap between Leo and the girls was a little weird. The way the girls loved him didn't make much sense and the whole storyline was poorly thought out.
The ending of the book wasn't the best either. I think the only thing I really liked was the writing style. But besides that, I wouldn't recommend this book at all. Sorry.

I read this book years ago, but I remember each part. Amazing book, I'd definitely recommend this. I loved the storyline, too.

this book in my opinion, is very heartbreaking! I fell so bad for Poppy, I can't believe what Ember takes from her!!
